Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Rising Phoenix | Private Member Portal
What is Rising Phoenix?
Rising Phoenix is a private, member-based entheogenic temple. We provide access to sacramental offerings in alignment with deeply held spiritual beliefs. Access is limited to verified and approved members.
What are the requirements to become a member?
To access any offerings, individuals must first complete membership through our official partner platform: https://risingphoenixet.com. Only members in good standing are permitted to log in to the portal.
Are the offerings for sale?
No. All offerings are provided strictly as donations in exchange for spiritual sacraments. We do not operate as a commercial business, retailer, or online store. No payments are processed online.
How do I make a donation?
Members select sacramental offerings via our private portal and choose a donation amount in alignment with our suggested guidance. All donations are made in person at the time of delivery.
How does delivery work?
Deliveries occur Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays only. Orders must be submitted by Wednesday at 5:00 PM to qualify for the upcoming weekend. Members may choose a 2-hour delivery window during checkout.
What areas do you deliver to?
We currently serve members in select parts of the East Bay Area of California. Exact delivery availability is confirmed during the checkout process.
What happens if I miss the delivery?
Because offerings are perishable and sacred in nature, we strongly encourage members to be present during their selected delivery window. Missed deliveries may result in forfeiture of the sacrament and donation.
Can I request a refund or return?
No. All donations are final. Rising Phoenix does not accept returns or issue refunds. We encourage all members to review their selections carefully before confirming.
What if I have questions about a sacrament?
We encourage open dialogue rooted in respect. Members may reach out to us with questions about sacraments, intention setting, or preparation. Guidance is offered with care, not as medical advice.
Is this legal?
Rising Phoenix operates as a private, religious membership-based organization under protections afforded by the First Amendment. Access is intentionally gated, and sacramental offerings are not offered to the public.
